cause Yg stans and antis needs to get to their brains that BP wasn't the reason of 2ne1 disbandment. They were flopping left and right with physicals and gp, Minzy left and Bom had a drug scandal that wasn't even an scandal neither drugs yet YG and his mysoginistic ass decided to disband them, and on top of that delayed BP debut due not being able to keep up with south korean gp assholes.

yg would have fought to blow over the bom scandal, that was not the problem after so long. See how SM paid off people to hide boa's drug scandal and same with gain's agency. bom wasn't carrying any hard drug like they were too. 2ne1 were also growing upwards, so their fanbase was not affected by general population's opinion.

It had nothing to do with BP, nor with Bom's drug scandal (that may only have lengthened the already long YG-typical hiatus).
It was Minzy leaving, and YG realising that without 2NE1's best vocalist and dancer, he couldn't make it work.
Either that or YG and 2NE1 had a fight, and YG decided to be petty about it.
Because right after Minzy left, YG was still announcing plans for 2NE1's comeback, and only a few months after that, 2NE1's disbandment was announced.
