Jennie is the reason for Blackpink's hiatuses

    Before you kill me hear me out first. So we all are aware Jennie has a weak constitution as it has been mentioned countless times. The reason she's been jobless for so long since the album was revealed to be due to her health concerns. Everyone thought it was yg ruining her opportunities when it was actually her and her team looking out for her wellbeing.


    So what if the infamous hiatuses are not entirely because of misogyny but because of health issues they can't get around? One member is not strong enough to handle the stresses of constant comebacks hence the focus on solo promotions instead of coming back without a key member.


    We all heard from her own mouth how difficult the tour was on her and how most of her time recently has been spent thinking of ways to keep herself in top form for the upcoming tour.


    2018 - 2019 when she was the busiest was also the time she was at such a low point that even fans were noticing. The whole lazy scandal thing. She always looked down and there was that time she had to leave the stage abruptly in the middle of a song while looking like she was in pain. It all makes sense if you think about it.

    yeah fans have no idea what happens behind closed doors. I heard Jisoo has an injury, that's probably why they aren't coming back.

    Girlie is also one of the members that has been vocal about getting more comebacks, yes the scandal affected her a lot but she clearly wants comebacks and more music.


    But really sad what the scandal did to her, you all took it way to far only for it to turn out to be a leg injury. Even if she was "lazy" she shouldn't have been getting hated, humans are humans and we can't be 100% active all the time.

    Touring heavily for months is a completely different thing. Eric nam recently lost his voice for some time because of constant touring. It takes a massive toll on your body. Not saying they can't cb more because they don't necessarily have to tour but like touring and this is not comparable

    She didn't look like she was in pain when she left the stage, she looked similar to their shoppee stage - it looked like a bad anxiety attack.


    If the group has a member in such a condition that they can't handle one mini album a year, and three healthy members, then I doubt they'll continue on when the contract is up.
