Pdogg has more say in the songs, bts release.

  • Literally every other song is produced by him. Non armys go listen to their solo works and tell me these are the same people releasing ot7 stuff. Even if a bside is better it'll never get a chance to be released as a single because pdogg isn't the main pd. The solo songs he produced are always pushed more as well.

If they can make that svt member their main pd why can't bts become their groups' main pd? They're trying to paint him as "teddy of Hybe". So it could benefit new groups too.

  • cause they cant produce songs good enough?

without pdogg bts would have never been this big in the first place

  • Maybe because the BTS members aren’t that interested and/or good at producing full group songs.

Is there any ot7 song, bside or title track, that a member was the main producer on? I can’t come up with one.

  • i thought it was common knowledge that he was their main producer and that bts members involvement is mostly just lyrics.

but maybe army's misleading talk about bts being self produced made many non-fans misunderstand

  • They're trying to paint him as "teddy of Hybe".

that's exactly how I feel. Pdogg seems to have much power over BTS music than BTS themselves do. No wonder he earned $35M in a year

I disagree. I think the reason is simply that Pdogg has always worked out for BTS in the past. He's been there since the beginnings (just like Woozi was Seventeen's producer from the beginning).

  • why do they need a main producer at all? i don’t understand it, most artists have tons of producers they collaborate with and only stick with one if it’s for a very specific sound they want for an album

  • I like pdogg. His songs are bops. Hissnoise too.

Suga out there producing songs for top Korean artists and western acts. Neither hope world nor Mono had pdogg and both were masterpieces. A non pdogg bside(produced by V) was the most loved song in the be and debuted #13 on BB. If his music is that good why didn't his non bts songs charted well in the past?

  • I think I read once that Suga's songs weren't chosen although he wrote some. And that's the biggest joke because his jokes are fandom favorites and his songs with other artists are hits.

    I agree with you.

Well it doesn't work anymore. He's exhausted and needs a break.

Rm once said he wrote spring day all by himself and singularity too but I cannot remember more. But the thing is even though he said so in the final product there are always tons of other pds like blue and gray was a part of V's mixtape but its final form has a lot of other pds too.

Yes but the company doesn't realise it because 80% of army are yes men who will never criticize anything bts put out

  • It's much more than that I'm telling ya. If producer is outside of the group they get more royalties but if its some member they get less.

Dumbasses, it's from stock options and not from being a producer. He didn't make that money from producing. It's far from it when he has to share it with multiple producers who worked on a bts song/album from bts' shares. And fyi, he didn't produce bts biggest global hits. He's nothing without BTS.

He definitely is swimming in the money, bts' has never given a flop. Life does one which is considered underwhelming was a hit too. English tracks weren't produced by him, but his songs has entered top 10/20 atleast.
