Will Nayeon be able to get Lisa and Rose level of album sales?

Idk about Lisa, but maybe near Rose.

She can definitely do 400-500k, but outselling her own group? I don't think so

Lisa's solo was released when China banned bulk buying. People were restricted to buy one copy per person. If they allowed bulk buying, Lisa's solo would've reached numbers that's impossible for any other female soloist to reach in the near future.

This does matter quite a lot, look at Chinese sales today and you'll see a big spike in groups sales come from Chinese solo fandom competing against each other and this really is pushing up the numbers a lot.

Look at Nayeon for example, Pop is already Twice's fastest selling album on certain sites and has so far higher Chinese orders than the previous releases. So solo stans are showing up for Na' better than the actual support for the group.

Rose for example had over 160k pre orders from solo fanbases and Lisa's were over 300k. Remove those solo bars and you'll see a not so small to massive drop in both Lisa's and Rose's sales.

This isn't to say or even suggest solo stan or China bar support is bad or to say there is anything wrong with it at all, the opposite.

It's amazing to have that support for a solo, look how IU's albums exploded after she grew a ton in China. Twice just simply haven't had that same boom and places like Korea, western markets and Japan just don't go anywhere near as hard for solo's and those are where a lot of Nayeon's sales will come from.

So to say that Rose and Lisa literally got 100's of thousands of sales from solo bars and akgea's 'doesn't matter much' I would have to ask for some supporting evidence for that, because I can see they indeed bring a huge amount of support.

Quick on the second point, if a solo sells 60% to 70% of their group well Twice have 900k ish sales(with a re release version) of FOL so you should expect anything from 580 to 630k at the highest level. But again that's against FOL which is a lot higher than their average sales of around 550k. So it could be an outlier.

This is completely false.

China never banned bulk buying. They clamped down on 'fan circles' which we saw never made a single dent in any China reliant groups sales.

Bulk buying is still going on and Lisa benefited from it massively.
