While I really like Seojoon, Suho said that because he knows Seojoon likes Jk.
Imagine if Suho spends a lot of time with Soojin, have a part time job with her and a couple photoshoot with her, wouldn't Jk feel bad, knowing Soojin likes Suho ?
However a flaw in the relationship between Jk and Suho is the lack of communication. If they just had a real discussion, Jk telling Suho how she feels about Soojin going to his place, it would clear a big misunderstanding.

You need to watch Suspicious Partner. The cast is amazing, they have good chemistry and the story is very interesting. It's a rom-com.
