The members from groups that can tour will be 10x better. Soyou basically had to put her life savings for the down payment of a building and was fortunate enough that it appreciated where she made some money from selling it. Of course you won't live in poverty if you're able to sell number 1 digitally but if your group could tour, you can probably live a lot more luxurious lifestyle after your prime.

From the start, it was already obvious the girls were greedy ungrateful bastards. It's mostly been proven correct.

Dasom is probably the richest Sistar member. Her family was already well off. She also was in dramas where she was lead or second lead which makes more money than selling digital.

Not just sales but their touring ability is far ahead than any group in Starship. Twice is probably the biggest touring kpop act right now behind BTS and BP and touring is where you make the most money.

It's so obvious a lot of groups/solo buy ads. However, I find it weird that JYPE never bought any for Jihyo. Most of the groups that released around same time as Jihyo like Aespa and Somi have over 50 million views in a month. Stay C has more than 30 million views in a month. Jihyo still only has about 16 million views but all of the mentioned groups above have fewer real views than Jihyo under that weekly youtube chart. Even Misamo has less real views than Jihyo under that weekly youtube chart but they are over 50 million views after a month. Why buy ads for Misamo but not for Jihyo?

Twice and Stray Kids are still a lot more profitable than any groups in Starship. JYPE will not be leaving the big 3 anytime soon.

-2016 was not even debatable. Cheer Up was the Nation's song at that time and was the top overall performing song that year.

-2017 doesn't really matter because Twice should have won with Knock Knock anyways. Knock Knock was the top performing song by an idol that year.

-2018 was definitely debatable.

Tzuyu is definitely still a top visual but when you look at who got second in that poll, it kind of made that poll nonsense.

Have groups done touring after members signed elsewhere?

Maybe ask for better terms before signing that contract?

Of course JYP wanted to do it. Tzuyu's mom also wanted to do it. Tzuyu wanted to do it. They were all on the same page. They were not forced. Her mom was the one that released to the Taiwanese media that she wanted this incident to be resolved quickly. The fastest way is to release the apology which she made the decision to do along with the rest.

Tzuyu's mom also released to the Taiwanese media that all she wanted was for the situation to die down as soon as possible so that Tzuyu can go back to being a singer.
