None of the points for wich Hanni is getting hate make any sense, the unrelated CCTV footage, the out of context text messages and her yesterday Instagram story. Her Instagram story was a direct response to the text messages and they are probably not even allowed to respond to the other side points during yesterday audition, they have the whole week to provide evidences to the court. Hanni obviously didn't want to reveal that an Illit member responded ok to their manager request to ignore her. It's Ador that wanted to make Hanni looks mean against Illit by revealing those text messages. Hanni always focused on the manager as this is the only relevant point for the breach of trust issue

Well according to this translation, it's a fact that the manager asked Illit members to not greet Hanni, she's just not sure about the exact word used.

Those texts are always edited or took out of context

Could be wrong but i really don't see how the court would declare that the contact is still valid. Only reason for that decision would be that the court think it's still possible for both parties to work together. Don't know how it would be possible, it's seems so clear that the girls will never set a foot inside hybe building again, that they don't trust current Ador management and that they feel distressed in this working environment.

Even if you think that Hybe/Ador did nothing wrong and that the girls should pay them hundred millions of dollars, the most reasonable decison would still be to allow the girls to go , let them work with the people they like and let them earn the money that you want to sue them for

Don't know much about how song credits works but seems weird that neither NJ or the original song writer are credited on those guy remixes? Nothing wrong since that's free promotion but still weird

Most likely outcome is that the court will quickly reject Ador claim that the contract is still valid and confirm that NJZ can pursue their activities A full trial will then begin and in a few years we will know if NJZ must pay some money to Ador or not. If they must pay money, that amount will probably be way lower than haters are anticipating.

Well she's half korean, signed on a korean label and has worked on lots of k-pop songs last 2 years including songs from BoA, Kep1er, BADVILLAIN, Wheein, OH MY GIRL. She even wrote some lyric in kiss of life song R.E.M

Olivia pinned an apalogy comment on the song MV, Isaac Dunbar responded "Everything’s good it’s all love" 12 hours ago and despite that hybe stans are still flooding the comment section with disgusting comments

And no one seem to care care about the poor guy new song that barely got 1K view in 9 hours

Some NJZ fans are not better tough as they are putting comments on Olivia instagram requesting her to remove her label statement from her X account because NJZ are gettin hate because of her

Hybe stans are as disgusting as NJZ fans concerning this issue, they are flooding everywhere hate comments like "plagiarism runs in her family blood". Must be really hard for Danielle to see her sister receive so much hate because of the never ending war between NJZ fans and some hybe group fans

Both artists seems to handle it quite professionally Although the war between NJZ fans and Hybe stans on X concerning this issue is probably far from over.
