It sounded to me like Carmen opera music. Is it a sample music again? I don't know if Red Velvet did a good thing, everyone started making songs from classical music samples.
I was going to say that. The music immediately made me think of Bizet's Carmen. A little something. The beginning of the cords I guess

Tracklist today. Everything composed, written or arranged by these talented women. It's gonna kick hard. (G)I-DLE really put the music in Kpop and aren't just a brand name. They are models yes, but music first

Oh, i just wanted news about her kkkk.
If I'm not mistaken Celine doesn't go to PFW so we won't see Lisa there unfortunately...
Yes, I check too, and Celine doesn't go to PFW

I didn't see the date for a Celine Show or news about it on her instagram. But If others members are in Paris for promotion, she would be here too (Hope)

Blackpink in your area
There, they are really in my area (Paris), for the fashion shows first. Rosé is expected tomorrow at 8 p.m. and Jisoo at 2:30 p.m. They published the invitation cards on their insta. The Chanel show is in a week, we can presume Jennie's presence.
Well, it's cold, it's raining, I'm working and I see them in December so I'm not going to go there for a walk (I find excuses) but I don't see, in this time of intense promotion, not promote in Europe. Do you have information? Interview? Performance ? Boxes signed as in the USA? Or other things?

They're gonna start one of (if not the most) lucrative world tour in Kpop. They could sweap their funeral tears with Bank notes from everywhere
Even if after they'll stop a while for acting/goingsolo/modeling/playingwiththeirdogs... They could come back. They're international now. It's not only the Korean market which is more speedy to aclamate and destroy a carreer

If you are in it just for music, then they don't matter.
But Kpop is a e-sport.. or rather e-bloodsport, where fans play some sort of fantasy football, playing their groups against each other and charts/awards are the playing field+scoreboard.
And like sports fan, deeper you get invested into Kpop, for any argument, you need to call upon some objective metrics and those are the 'numbers'.
Hardcore baseball fans can reel of batting averages, number of home runs etc., I know the same of cricket fans, basketball fans, football fans etc.,
But it is unusual in music industries, except for Kpop - hence my argument that Kpop is more a sport, than a genre or industry. A music e-bloodsport.
At least the charts and numbers are reasonable measures, the lunatic end of Kpop can compare expensive clothing, cars and even physical attributes.
It indeed can look utterly nonsensical if you are not emotionally invested into your group - not just their music, but your existence itself is defined by their performance against others. To them, it is irrelevant whether they like the music or not, in fact it might be a matter for pride that their group can win even with mediocre music or releasing very little music. What matters is the record setting numbers.
Or it is also fun for those who like playing with data, because Kpop is a rare music industry with very organized charts, giving a good source of data to analyse.
I like this comparison of Kpop with sports. it makes me understand the point of view of some on the numbers. It's between business, music and competition. Really interesting
Sales are also linked to promotional strength, as a sports club with more financial means will have the capacity to go further. It is also possible for a smaller one, but it requires more luck and talent

I agree that this fascination with numbers is a little strange. On the one hand, we find on the forum a very detailed approach to the music (The bridge of this song is better than this one, this note there or this sound there recalls that ...) and on the other an obsession for the number of sales, streams, views as if they were company shareholders.
From a personal point of view, the figures do not interest me as long as they are sufficient for the company not to let go of the group. My fav group is doing good enough numbers to be able to continue and progress, come up with new things artistically speaking. In music, the artistic side will always interest me more than the business. (But they are very likely to explode in sales also for the next one and I will not sulk that they are recognized at their true value).
More than fans of numbers, what surprises me on the forum is the multiplication of topics on the same things (almost) as if people were talking on their own without exchanging too much, discussing

I saw the theory that the concept was planned before I never die. It wouldn't surprise me because preparing a concept, composing, shooting mv's, photos etc during a tour like the one they did is a lot. If this is true, how far were they? The titles were just composed or already recorded and they had to redo the voices to change the distribution? Mysteries that we will never have the answer to 😃

Here it comes! The scheduler who will guide our month of October. Three weeks of joy and good vibes discovering this new concept and this new (mini) album. I look forward 😊
Are these their real kisses? Who is where?

When you see all these songs and it's hard to choose because they're all so good, you know there's a lot of talent
But Moon took a special place for me
