BiS are disbanding on January 12

2025 list already? time goes so fast

to add another to the list the girl group LUCY is going to debut on Jan 10, they are sister groups with RIRYDAY, they have the same producer Rika Miduki but they are on different labels

nice song! it's their first single without member Yuyu maybe that's why it feels a little sad

their new single goes on sale on Dec 25, looking forward to it and the B-side!

the live stream from their secret concert on the 19, it's going to be available for a month in their youtube channel!

so the special thing about it was that they announced a live stream in early November but there were no news about what could be the only clue was that a few days prior some fans from the FC received invitations to a venue and instructions but they were asked not talk about it, so the big surprise was that

1) it was a live stream concert

2) mayu returned to the group

mayu was on hiatus for most of the 2nd half of 2024 and we didn't have any news about her yet, also in October member now graduated from the group so of course it was a little concerning what the news could be, i miss now since she was my favorite member but i like all of them and having mayu back is really, really good so i'm looking forward to what they do next in 2025

they are currently preparing for their December tour and while they haven't say so yet there is obviously going to be a new single soon but is probably going to be announce next month at the end of the HOPE tour

so they are a coed group? they aren't bad at all but personally them being so young is a little off putting simply because i'm not the target audience

i'm more interested in the fact that this may be avex way to hold trainees until they are old enough to debut in other groups, lately doesn't seem things were going too well for the company

Mayu! when the world needed her the most she came back

she was on hiatus for half a year and many things happened during that time, they announced a live stream concert for yesterday without any information about it and of course as a fan you worry right about what was going to happen but ended being a really good surprise, she really made the day of thousands of thousands of fans and is officially restarting activities with the group on the first day of their HOPE tour on December 8

it does seem like an overreaction from whoever reported her to call it "self harm", i mean i'm sure something would happen if you ate that many pocky but it would be more along the lines of your plumber getting rich than you dying

i missed this while it was happening and unfortunately the account and tweets aren't there anymore, in Japan there is a いいねの数だけポッキー食べる day basically you tell people you are going to be doing that and the number of likes you get is the number of pocky you have to eat and later have to post proof

some girl (not an idol or actress etc) become know for being active during that day, 2 years ago she ate 350 pockies, past year 1,300 pockies and this year was using pictures of those previous days to set a goal the tweet ended getting 19,000 likes

she was actually planning to eat 19,000 pockies

and because she was serious about it was reported for self harm, her account suspended and tweets related to that deleted

so she had to cancel her participation, apologized to supporters and is now stuck with almost 200 boxes of pocky although promised to come back for 2025's pocky day

Yukako got married in the middle of October

Aina got married at the end of August

(actually Aina got married before but waited to tell fans)

i haven't check lately because i was busy with other things so is kind of a surprise to say the least to find out not one but two of them got married, first time i heard about Saisai was almost a decade ago in perspective is not only nice they are still around but that i still like the group

all eyes on Suu? no pressure of course but you have to admit it would be interesting if they all got married within months from each other
