When I first got into XG I was so surprised on the quality of thier music videos and I wonder why huge kpop companies with a lot more money don't do MV's like these.

I honest to god think its jealousy. Pre-debut, everyone expected Le sserafim to be the biggest group of thier generation, and then that didn't happen. Instead they were met with one of the most scandal ridden debuts in kpop. Fast forward a few months and then this random girl group comes out of nowhere and starts getting all the attention(no pun intended) Brand deals with major companies, international success, and before you know it NewJeans are a household name with generation defining hits.

And while Le sserafim are incredibly successful in thier own right, they aren't NewJeans level of successful; and I think that gets under toxic fearnots skin. Because, in thier mind, Le sserafim were supposed to be the 'it group,' not NewJeans.

Fearnots are upset because they belive Le sserafim are entitled to NewJeans fame.

To think this all could have been avoided if HYBE had sat down, shut up, and let NewJeans continue to print money for them. Also this song is very first week of college coded so Rosé released it at exactly the right time.

To me, this is the first BP solo song I've listened to that doesn't feel as short as it is. Both Mantra and Rockstar felt unfinished and I think they could benifit from being longer. But APT takes advantage of every second it has and the song feels complete and addictive.
