Next level in Korea could be like the ‘gee’ and ‘cheer up’ of 4th gen, their dominance is like a smaller twice 2016.

Honestly their music isn’t good imo and isn’t suitable to casual fans in Korea or internationally even though ppl see bg as more popular int it’s actually the ggs whose songs stay longer on Spotify global 200.

And big hit makers don’t work with bgs, it doesn’t even seem like company’s give two flying fucks.. and usually when a song goes viral in Korea it’s because of a catchy hook and- or point dance which bg have none

Also men are dumb and insecure af they can’t be caught listening to a bg… only specific bg can appeal to them. It’s very hard to and imo there doesn’t even seem to be a ‘formula’ to get that

I like the song but it’s lost a lot of it’s magic for me now, I really can’t stand some parts and get why it’s seen as kids bopy and immature.

I have a theory that jyp purposely putting polarizing debut song to making nonfans talking about nmixx since they saw that nmixx couldn't gather hype as much as jypggs before. Therefore they won't follow the usual jypggs trajectories when they give them breakthrough hit in their debut song instead they will bring the breakthrough hit in the next comeback.

Having a breakthrough with a comeback is standard jypgg way too. Twice and wonder girls hit it big with their first comeback
