Yess, and my lecturer did it openly and shamelessly. I was on the lecturers office to submit my journal and they started talking to each other about taking and submitting the students' journal like "who would get which students' journals"

It's not a surprise, in my country too. The lecturer takes his/her student assignment and use it under his/her name

It's happen in my uni too, the lecturer will ask their students to make journals and also ask to put their name (lecturer) as the author too.

Next step, the lecturers would also use their students' journal as theirs since the lecturer has to submit definite amount of journal each year.
