eh I usually defend bullying victims but this time I think the accuser is in the wrong. Chorong apologized to her before all of this went public, so there's a bigger chance that she changed and feels sorry about it. Of course her behaviour was disgusting and the victim didn't deserve it but... they're 30 already.

I was bullied too and while I resent those who made me suffer, if they apologized to me today I'd not really forgive but I'd let my grudge go. People can change.

Even if she didn't do it it was better to apologize than drag it for this long. Her image is completely burned, and it will be much harder to recover than it would if she apologized early.
