no one thinks that their fav groups has any filler members so all will disagree straight away
EXACTLY
u can't find that from my faves
That’s what they always say😌
Don't make threads like these if you don't have guts to mention the names.
I wanted to but i’m not looking to get banned, i don’t even have 50 akorns yet
wasn't it why they basically created a visual position in the past?
like not main vocal, not main dancer, not main rapper, not lead this or that, just a visual to be there, look well and attract more people?
+ before you bash me yeah I know it changed through the years and now it tends for younger idols to be more all-rounders instead of standing out in one or another "branch" of positions
That’s why they’re filler members, they’re not visuals. Visuals are one of them most important members if not the most important
You'd think companies would waste time and money on members just for the sake of adding them in a group?
I mean yes, if they’re talentless they probably didn’t spend much money on them and just uses them to have a big group. A lot of idols can relate *sips tea and spits in your face*
I don't agree with this but maybe if you could give me an example I'll change my mind coz right now can't think of anyone
There are a lot of examples but i won’t give any. Cause 1: I don’t wanna offend anyone although i’m in the mood to fight. 2: I don’t want my acc to get banned i already received like 3 warnings
Do you think company's will debut an idol that they don't believe on I don't think so
Maybe they just want a big group to have pretty choreos
tf are you saying
DO is probably the least filler role member
dude can sing dance and act all at top levels
I wasn’t talking about DO lmao *moans and chokes on it*
Display MoreI dont agree.
The term filler doesnt sit right with me, every member has a purpose.
Variety, acting , cute one mysterious one.
They make the group with each member in mind for a certain role for attraction.
Filler is what you are referring to as not talented but in some cases the least talented is the one bringing in most profit..
Maybe you should have read my post. I literally said that filler members aren’t visuals and don’t have any kind of variety skills not just talentless
my faves cant relate
That’s what they all say😌
Wait you dropped this 👑... oh no not this, THIS 🤡
I’m not gonna say which idols cause we all know who they are. They don’t bring anything to the table... Vocals? no. Rap? no. Dance? no. Visuals? no. Variety skills? no. Literally their role is probably like a rapper role. Stop trying to deny this fact i see kpop stans trying to deny it all the time. "Companies wouldn’t waste money on a talentless idol" ok and that’s why they’re called fillers, they need an extra member to have an even or uneven amount of people for the choreos. Sorry i spilled in your face. And also they’re usually one of the least popular members in the group. Actually i’m not that scared to name idols, it’s just that i dont wanna get banned. Dm me if u wanna know which idols i’m talking about. Since yall want me to be more brave i’ll give some hints. A member of twice. A member of Iz*one. A lot of members of monoland. A lot of membets of NCT. A few members from Seventeen. If u wanna know who dm me, i’ll tell you
I’m telling you, if they release a full album this year, they’ll be the highest selling gg in korea
Oh wait, Chaesoocrumbs I forgot to mention that Jihyo called it a more mature concept when she answered why they did that concept for Fancy and she said that her and the other members voted on changing concepts, so I mean, you can consider it that and I respect your opinion. I think it was a concept change tho :)
Hmm after rewatching some of their performances i also think it was a concept change. You’re right
Ah, good point. I guess, it was definitely a change but I think that one of the changes was that they weren't all happy smiley at performances, they took a turned did a serious face idk how to explain it. But I feel like there was definitely something different going on that era lmao
Omg i think you’re right, i wanna focus on their facial expressions, i’ll rewatch their music show performances
mago
literally wtf
feel special
Omg YES. I wanted to add those too but i didn’t it to be too long
FANCY WASN'T POPULAR IN KOREA?! WHAT? I'm surprised at that so I'm just going to go ahead with that.
Actually, I take that back. It was a big adjustment for most Once at the time. It was both concepts (cute and mature) but people were used to all cute. And I noticed that the songs that aren't as popular in Korea tend to be ones with more mature concepts. I'm not saying that it's always true but it seems to be the general idea...
Imo the sound didn’t change at all. They just wore darker and more classy clothes and called it a mature concept
Don’t come with random songs from your favorite groups. Like don’t come and say that a random b-side ballad from a random album from your faves should have been a hit. And just because you like a song doesn’t mean it’s what the gp likes
I’m saying like a song that sounds like something the korean gp likes and is interested in.
For me it’s Fancy from Twice, although i do think it’s a bit overrated by kpop stans, it sounds EXACTLY like what the korean gp would love. A fun, light, energetic song, without any random noises and a good rythm. I don’t know how it didn’t blow up in korea.
Coming to get my akorns cause they disappeared for some reason 😖😖
