I wonder with what these idols went through to debut, would they still want their siblings to pursue the idol dream?

I’m surprised Tae’s younger siblings aren’t getting bombarded with talent scouts since you know the genetics in that family must be impressive.

I’ve only seen the first season also. I didn’t even realize that it was still going, until the news with BTS was announced. I also didn’t know that the format had changed. I guess it will be more of an interview type show with BTS, which would make more sense.

It is a TvN variety show where YJS and JSeho walk around the streets and find random people to play a very short quiz to win money. They usually do a little small talk first, then ask if the person wants to play the quiz. It is really about YJS and his chemistry with normal people on the street.

If the Grammy wants to be global, BTS should win. If they want to stay local, then I guess a local artist will win. If that happens, it will prove once again just how out of touch the Grammys remain.

I have not seen any posts calling Soojin a liar or that claims she did it. I have seen numerous posts calling the actress a liar, questioning her motives, throwing accusations at her, and calling her names. The point I was trying to make is, stop defaming/attacking the actress because none of us know the truth. No one has attacked Soojin, but a lot of kpop stans are attacking the actress on this forum.

Kpop stans should stop harassing/defaming victims, especially when we know no amount of proof will change your minds. No one has iron clad “proof”, not even Soojin. It is a s/he said, s/he said situation. You can believe what you want, just stop defaming and harassing the victims and bullies.

In the US we also have school shootings, so if you bully someone you better know if they have access to a gun or not. Society, schools, and parents also are not supposed to tolerate bullying either anymore. We have education against it and encourage witnesses to stand against it. It’s not always effective, but at least it is there.

I have never heard one bad thing about the BTS members, except from kpop stans who make up shit to make their favs look better. With the amount of success and popularity BTS has, anyone with any tea on them would’ve spilled it.

I don't think ignoring abuse (as long as it isn't you) is endemic to just asia, but I would say it is more accepted. The worst of this example is the case of Junko Furuta, she was teenager kidnapped and raped/tortured for over a month and some classmates participated in/witnessed it so I'm sure a lot of students at her school knew. Not to mention she was kept in the house that her kidnappers parents lived in. During her murder investigation it was known that a lot of people knew what was happening to her but kept silent. There wasn't really a public outcry about that at all in Japan. It is sad that such an attitude is accepted and sometimes even encouraged.

1 comeback would be fine with me as long as it is a full album. They can take their time to oversee the album production, like they did with BE. They have a lot on their plates, so a slower pace would be good for their health.
