Yeah, I think it was Lee Jae Yong's sister. Tbh, idk if it was because of what happened to his sister or that's how he is, but LJY is quite down to the earth and doesn't put pressure on his kids. He even mentioned that he will not feel obligated to pass the company to an internal heir so maybe he wants his kids to have freedom. During college I started to eat a lot of junk food - fast food and sweets daily, but since I don't gain weight and I don't eat after 6 o'clock, I kept going like this. In the past weeks I was sooo stressed and I realised that I started eat lots of snacks and usually during night time, I started to feel quite heavy? Like I didn't gain weight, but my body was heavy and too tired.

It's been 2 weeks since I changed my diet and cut sweets and fast food. Not totally, but like once at 4-5 days maybe? I feel really good, but damn, it's really expensive to eat healthier.
