Just wanted to know how YouTube generally makes a video trend??

So here is a situation:

There are 2 videos A and B unload around the same time(same channel), video A reached 166k views within some hour and got into trending 8, and video B reached 135k didn't trend at all.

After 24 hours, 166k -> 340k(trending at around 3 and 4) and 135k -> 260k ( nowhere to be seen, have more comment ).

I find it kinda weird? because maybe 260k doesn't have most view but still should have enough to reach at least the top 50 of trending.

becuase last time from the channel, another video with 250k first day reached trend #1.

so will 260k video ever trend?

They have around 822k in total so I don't see them surpassing izone in total within 2 comebacks.

For izone, their highest is 515k in a comeback and I don't see Itzy beating that within 2 comebacks as well so it might take a years for itzy to beat izone album sales and there is basically no chance for others to beat it unless Aespa somehow sells more than 500k per comeback to beat izone faster than itzy.
