To me the fact that she was there for Better & Kura x2 shows there won't be a CFM mv, ever. Ideally yes, it could be a start for western promotions but we have been speculating the same things over and over again with many moves now (signing to Universal, releasing English versions, Colbert show etc) and yet nothing. Also, promoting Cry For Me with a M/V is kind of a waste now, unless they film one as a gift, but given the covid situation it's probably already difficult to film the comeback M/V.

If cry for me is targeted towards the west then I don't think a mv would necessarily be a waste. American acts usually release singles/audios months before an mv is ever dropped.

For example, Say so was released in January but didn't get an mv until a month later, then got a remix in May. Doja then performed and promoted it for about a year. So I don't necessarily mind us getting an mv this late even if its just for the fans.

Day version is superior. Her voice sounded so nice at the end as well.

Wonder girls are just timeless. They're music slapped then and it would still slap and top charts now.

I don't think I've ever seen a group consistently do retro concepts and knock it out of the park every time.

I get looks are important to kpop but before BP, YG was never a visual company so I don't know why they have such unrealistic expectations of these girls? They look pretty and these are predebut photos.

Pretty much this. I get what OP means and I think Chaeyoung would suit itzy in theory but she can't really keep up dance wise. She used to be such a great performer on sixteen when given a strong concept but she's a lot more laid back now and I haven't seen a super strong performance from her in years tbh.

Also, a big part of chaeyoung's talent is her writing. Itzy hasn't been allowed to write any of their songs yet while chaeyoung was allowed to write for twice since debut.

Chae and Yuna look so gorgeous, they're all eating this up!

I'm guessing the words on the teasers are lyrics to the song? If so it sounds like a love/confession song where the person they like has to guess who likes them because they're not sure if they want to share their feelings.

That would be a complete 180 from not shy lol.

It looks like the tweets calling out itzy's mafia concept on kpop twitter as problematic went viral on regular twitter and now everyone is clowning kpop fans.

I was not expecting to see this issue blow up on twitter like this lmao, the top tweet has 300k likes and it's getting shared by my non kpop mutuals.

I find taeyong more attractive but eunwoo is definitely more handsome imo. His visuals are top tier.

I think they're aiming for the billboard charts with this comeback.
