The best SM release this year along with Next Level
Both songs are on repeat. -

Red Velvet is not a shame to SM and they never will be.
Their concept is different and SM pushed their Velvet concept more as rookies which is superior music but most Kpop fans like loud upbeat music more than the slow, mature music.
Red Velvet have some achievements that even Snsd doesn't so they are special in their own way.
That seems like a one big fat lie.
I just know SM wants to completely disband RV now so they don't waste any resource.

Just look at the amount Of effort that they put towards aespa and red velvet. It’s evident that they never were trying to set them up to become the representative girl groups. But they still did, and then only then did sm pay a bit of attention to them. They did extremely well with the resources they were given. Breaking sm expectations time and time again, reaching the top 3 girl group spot. And even after a close to 2 years group hiatus , they are still relevant to both Koreans and living rent free in your mind. Still charting within the top ten, you wish your faves had the longevity and relevance and talent that red velvet has. Take several seats.
RV were never representative girl group of SM, that's still SNSD and aespa. RV were just there beucase SM at the time didn't have active girl groups.
And uh no Queendom is about to fall out of top 30 only after a month.

What happened? What happened with Red Velvet that they couldn't match the same success as SNSD and now even aespa from debut? What's the reason for them not blowing up like aespa from the very start? With Savage comeback it's safe to say aespa are the leaders of 4th generation. Truly the Soshi's successor and following their footsteps but why RV couldn't continue the legacy of being THE top girl group of their generation? Just look at this and notice how 3/4 of them are from SM
1st Generation - S.E.S
2nd Generation - SNSD
3rd Generation - Twice
4th Generation - aespa
RV are such a shame to SM.

It's between Fire Truck and Save but if I had to choose then I'll go with Fire Truck.

I don't think it did that much damage to the group (it really helps the other girls are known to be kind and humble so the general public and casual fans are still checking on them) but yeah she f*cked it up only for herself. All brand deals she had dropped her and since the scandal she's been "hiding" except for the Queendom comeback. No news of cfs, no solo schedules activities just nothing. Her selling power is still crazy tho. Hope she can get some deals next year.
RV as a group are doing fine I think. Queendom is still top 20 on korean charts after a month.

If their next comeback Savage will be as huge as Next Level they can easily be the leaders for 4th generation. -
The only competition is truly themselves (if we don't count boy groups).
