I never once said soojin was guilty. I never once said I wanted soojin to lose her career. I even said THIS week that the accusers are fishy, I even told you they had no evidence.
But because You were not neutral, you were waiting for information to confirm your bias, you see anything not cheerleading an idol as hate.

That's why dsp is sueing their own artist and her family. The moment soojin's name leaves sea's mouth, she will be sued for defamation.

Soojin has every right to demand an official statement from seo shin ae, soojin has said it multiple times that she didn't even ever talked with seo shin se but this actress keeps on posting timed vague cryptic posts everytime soojin/cube releases a statement which leads to more rumors and confusion. If seo shin ae got a problem with soojin then she should say it directly instead of hiding behind the cover of vagueness, only cowards and liars do that.

Honestly if this all is really false then it's not just the sisters (esp the unnie) who tried to ruin Soojin, there's also one more who did her part best to make it look like Soojin is guilty and it was that actress. I hope truth comes out soon now the matter is at court but my heart is slowly shifting to believe Soojin, I think the alleged victims blew things out of proportion to make it seem like Soojin is a devil.
My friend, court doesn't settle a thing. It only complicates it. There is a reason why the verdict is guilty or not guilty .
Personally, I think accusers need to back down whether they are telling the truth or not. This should have been dealt with privately YEARS ago and they ain't gonna win a legal battle against a company like Cube.

Cube actually filled criminal charges , so is up to both parties to bring evidences AND they are gonna fill civil charges for defamation too, they said in their statement, this is getting through a prosecutor, there is no more, the alleged victim is gonna lose even if she's telling the true, if the actress has some balls, she could come forward too and if she's right, she's gonna win in the court.
Soojin is losing her career and her future and IF she's innocent, she deserve a chance to prove it.
Also make sense into taking long,it take time to find evidences, some alleged victims sometimes wanted to meet with them, sometimes didn't, the actress's company is ignoring cube so i expected to take long.
After all the court is gonna end this, for good or bad for all parties involved.
But Korea encourages settlements between parties. Cube is confident, but is it because soojin didn't do it or that the victim can't prove it and this is just a threat to make her back down.
I have said cube should file but wasn't
or truth but for optics.
Soojin shouldn't lose her career over this but neither side is backing down and court could take months.

I do believe that if she's in fact guilty of everything and has stuck to her guns nonetheless, calling SSA out, going to court and all, then she has the biggest ball sack I've ever seen. It's somewhat admirable. I stan huge ballsack Soojin.
Then you would see my statement as an accusations against her being guilty , which is why probably im getting attacked.
Funny enough when this first hit, I stated this shouldn't matter because this happened a while ago and it was seen as a statement of her being innocent and I was attacked there too.

The very first accusations were not the older sister's. They were from an anonymous user who dropped a whole bunch of rumors about Soojin, portraying her as a classic delinquent: dressing improperly, smoking, hanging around older guys, riding with them on motorcycles, etc.
That's why she spoke about these accusations, and admitted them when true. No reason to hate her for her honesty about these bad manners.
Ok. I get you better now. She was addressing all the accusations against her in one statement, even though they were not of equal level of offense and have nothing to do with one another

She's responding to what allegations are true. If she denies all of them, then THAT's a lie. It's not black and white you know. You don't have to be guilty of EVERYTHING or innocent of EVERYTHING. Sheesh, seems like differentiating really simple nuances like this is too much brainwork for some people.
Who said she had to deny all of them? Who said she had to address all of them?
