the only position that matters is main vocalist or if rap heavy, main rapper.
the other positions matter only to fans or if the group brings attention to them

I think I have learned that if I make good music I ain't ever getting cancelled
probably has something to do with the fact that one of her accusers is a celebrity herself, not a faceless person on the internet.
Honestly, thats probably what hurt the most. Soojin called her out and when the actress responded, she went quiet.
It looked.....cowardly and I didn't even want her to lose her career.
Its all about optics.
She will be the only one who was accused of bullying that will actually face consequences because of optics.
Now I can't prove this but you can argue tzuyu scandal in 2016 helped the group.
same...we really werent even trying
What? it says butter sold 100k which to my knowledge is what the song has been selling.
It doesn't matter how strong her support system is, Mina just seems like she doesn't want help but attention which is the worst thing for her.
No. You will get comparisons to vanilla ice.
Typical foolish take rooted in nothing but wilful ignorance .
You know Hanteo? Here, read what Hanteo officially says.
1.Thats one year and not even a full one.
2.Thats physical sales. the article even tells you physical sales are going down globally so why even use that as a gauge for advancement.
the same reason why rappers dissed Mc hammer at his peak.
no one respects success if you have to change your identity to do it. kpop to jpop still sounds like kpop, hell they usually just change the lyrics.
dynamite and butter are hits( I have not heard or listen to either one of them) but solely because bts name is on them and they probably won't age well.
like 90s teen pop
bts aren't advancing k pop. they are advancing themselves.
I’ve been ignoring Mina’s scandal because it’s hard to watch but k-netz need to be very careful with how they are talking with Mina. She has openly talked about having depression and now we see her mental health deteriorating. k-netz need to take this seriously since none of them wouldn’t want this to be on their conscience.
Until Mina’s mind and health is in a good place and she’s in the right state of mind then we can have a better discussion on her issues and her forming her words right because she’s a mess and anyone can see she isn’t okay.
Look....we all know where this is going to go, it just a matter of when.
Everyone always talks about mental illness being taboo and how we need to be more open about it, but it seems no one ever thought what it would be like to actually see it.
One thing that has remained consistent from the beginning is that this girl is not ok.
Display MoreMy take on it?
A lot of people keep saying that Jimin leaving the industry = she is guilty, but what they said was right. Jimin didn't actually admit to bullying Mina, and apologised for not being the best leader she could have been (I think her apology is still on her instagram).
I'm not saying that Mina is lying but honestly if you ask me, if someone who is having suicidal thoughts are accusing you of bullying her, are you supposed to exert your stance and defend yourself knowing that if you try to prove your innocence it could potentially drive someone to suicide? Regardless of whether or not Mina is telling the truth (everything is from Mina's side of the story), Jimin has no choice but to stay quiet and leave the industry because anything else she does might make things even worse for Mina
I used this analogy before and I'll use it again. If someone is standing at the edge of the roof saying you bullied her and she wants to jump, are you going to fight your way through and prove your innocence, or are you going to apologise and hope she comes down from the roof?
I don't know and I'm not saying that Mina is lying, but everything so far is from Mina's posts and FNC did nothing much to even defend the girls or AOA, probably because if they did anything and if Mina were to really commit suicide it would be their fault for provoking her.
All the other members said nothing, and just let the matter die while their careers get ruined. If they said anything they probably be seen as ruthless to Mina who was already mentally unstable.
there are several issues with your take the first one being that you assume if Jimin did it, she would admit it.
its actually average for a gg.
i get it as a clapback but this ain't something to clapback against.
