DYK that Ten competed on a Thai TV show "Teen Superstar" in 2011 and won a contract with Starship that he turned down? Before appearing on the show, he also passed the audition for YG, but didn't join that company because they wanted him to come to Korea after hs and his parents thought he was too young. When he passed the SM Entertainment global auditions, his parents still didn't want him to go (he was 17 at the time), but his grandmother encouraged him (partly because she was a big fan of Sorry Sorry, which she knew was SM. )
