Isn't it supposed to feel better after a good cry

a lot of times it does feel worse doesn't it

my only suggestion is to wash your face w cold water and take it easy as much as you can

Maybe because an emotional release wasn't the issue. Gotta do some more digging around inside.

I guess it depends on the reason for the crying...

sometimes if it's generally bottled up stress it can help

if it's a specific issue that leads to the crying then unless the issue has gone away...
