Aespa smahed it but it’s so sad half the kpop community we’re waiting for them to fail

  • Please guys normalise supporting people or at least not praying for them to fail, this hate is depressing. The girls did amazing and people that actually went having nothing but praise. People doubted them and some even had malicious intent but they smashed it. Well done to the girls and now I hope sm will continue to let them sing live :pepe-loop:

  • It's just sad that most of the hate stems from something the girls likely have no control over.

Hopefully they start singing live more often as they've shown that they're more than capable. They legit sound better than most current k-pop groups.

  • IKR! Yesterday everyone was holding their pitchforks expecting their doomsday but now it’s alright. That’s some main character shit.

  • it's weird anyone think artists at coachella can fail, the crowds are usually high af and don't care enough to blunder or be toxix about it, they just stay silent if performance not hype enough

  • It's hard to take any criticism seriously when these people made obvious they were ready to trash the performance days before it even happened.

@ all the anons that claimed Aespa were going to undo all the good publicity other kpop groups did for kpop internationally and highlight all the negative stereotypes locals had about kpop, they went and outperformed the other 2 ggs that preceeded them to Coachella and they showcased some of the best live vocals from any kpop group in a public performance in the west so how about it now?

  • they did good but bp's performance was unrivaled but my's won't admit it

  • They were adequate. I know stans feel the need to hype everything to the highest level of heaven, but if you do that and the group see it and believe it Aespa will just keep their dead energy forever. And the booming backing track makes SM look like they have no faith in their vocals, that has to go too.

you say SM has no faith in their skills and yet they sent them to sing live as rookies in the biggest music festival in the US :suure:

anyway, the loud backtrack was a problem in the stream only. how they sounded in reality in front of the live audience is what truly matters and this is how they sounded
