It's stunningly beautiful if not practical. I would definitely go there for a vacation!
I would like to be a fly on the wall when the city planning folks meet
it looks like it’s a very practical city that makes use of all the space it’s got. The only thing is that i could be nervous to live there since a storm or perhaps a high tide would break one of the poles sustaining the apartment blocks
yeah but take a look how long it is...
if city is build in a "square" proportion then you don't need to go far from one point to another, and here it looks like someone has look at map of CHile and said, let's make a city which is like that
