Statistically a third of all male kpop stars. And maybe more, because it acts like an appetite suppressant. So probably a lot of the female ones too.

Smoking is an addiction and it should be treated like that. It starts with someone being curious until you get addicted to it and once you start, it's very hard to quit because again it's an addiction even if society and industry try to normalize it.

While I mostly agree with this, if you are a young child and you live with adults who smoke and don't stop, you are surrounded by the smell/effects and have the risk of it affecting you.

Apart from that I agree, we should just stay away from it where possible if you don't like it and it shouldn't be a problem for people to do it if that's what they choose (even if it is not the best thing in the world)

Okay but that's a personal choice? If you want to get addicted, waste your money and risk your health thenit doesn't concern me. My point is that people should stop throwing tantrums and stop acting like smoking is the worst thing on earth while electronics, food etc are filled with deadly things for us too

People claim it's 90% of male idols and the most of the time it occurs during military duty. The military duty excuse makes sense. Not going to explain my logic. No energy.

In your country probably.in mine there aren't special zone for smokers. For a few years smokers were forbidden to smoke in restaurants now it's allowed again. I, as a non smoker, am surrounded by couple of smokers. What else choice do I have other than leave? I can't force anyone to stop smoking or to go away.

From my observation, most celebrities smoke in the entertainment industry (both men & women equally).

So i guess, like for many teen artist, is bad to show a bad havit for idols. Thou they speak about drinking alcohol like they are proud of it.

Many kpop artist act like all the Disney child stars. You should not be caught smoking, drinking, dating , etc.
