Hyunjin for #1, for ggs it's between Ryujin, Winter and Karina, depending on what you consider internationally. Wonyoung and Sakura(!!) are super popular too/are rising. I see Ningning and any of Sullyoon/Lily/Jinni rising. If they promoted overseas, Isa will become popular too.

im just going to say wonyoung bc i just always see the most randomest hate scandals on her every other day.

but on a more serious note, im pretty sure its bibi. not sure if she qualifies since shes not an idol but since her performance at the 88 rising concert, a lot of my friends who dont know a single thing about kpop know about her and like the weekend. her kissing that one girl also went viral.

Not only him but every bg member mentioned here is only relevant among fandom. The only ones actually popular are ryujin and maybe those aespa members

Not really, many non stays in my country knows hyunjin more than most 4th gen male idols
