Like what the title is I can't remember an anime. The settings goes with a school like story and there's 3 kind of division. Each division (like 3 cities in japan) have 2 representative. The characters are like Siblings with blonde who uses her voice as powers, he xender r brother uses his fist with some dark attributes. Another siblings uses guns 1 is sniper the bog bro and the sis using dual guns. I can't remember but they have chips like cpu chips but rather small on their napes.
