Kpop is not global, I mean, BTS is the only "kpop" group that's global. The rest are part of the kpop community, that while they may have fans in a varied group of countries are niche at best and have very limited popularity.
Yes we know. BTS rules the world.

But let’s talk about how the K-pop industry is changing its sound to become global. Some people don’t like that because it takes away what made some groups really appealing.

non-asians wanting to be kpop idols in hordes cause "diversity"

I guess more stress for the idols, some fans not liking the new sound, some groups losing their appeal in the eyes of OG fans, less catering to the Korean fans, etc.

The only thing I can think of is the hate, BTS are Literally the token group people hate, especially on Twitter. From kpop haters (who make their whole personality about hating kpop). Honestly the bigger kpop gets in the west the more of these kpop haters we're gonna see, who are honestly ignorant and racist towards Korea for literally no reason other than they want to hate kpop to be 'differant'. Idk if this made sense but I hope it did.
