Proof JYP is pulling SuperM on Yes24. Come in for the expose!

    So Stays are spinning lies on this forum and everyone is afraid to call em up on their BS, so lets go right ahead and do that now with PROOF and evidence of JYPE's guilt and Stray Kids SuperM tactics.


    See the issue is Stay's are pretending people are saying it's the Photocard that makes it chart and using that to make it seem like a crazy and ludicrous claim. However that isn't true, it isn't true at all. What is true is the album is a US IMPORT and that's what's making the sales count, it's exactly the same technique SM Entertainment used for SuperM and the proof is right their on Yes24's own website. Let me show you in the attached images below.


    Image 1, the regular Scanning/Mask Off version below.

    Notice how this is only in the CD/LP section and offering overseas delivery? Like a normal album.

    Image 2, The US PC BB Tally version Below.

    Notice how, in spite of Stays claim "it only counts if you order from the US", yet we can clearly see below this is only available for purchase with DOMESTIC delivery only. Meaning ONLY Korean's can buy this version, which Yes24 claim reflects on BB200.


    We can also see it's in the "Overseas" section unlike other Stray Kids albums since it's in fact, much like SuperM, indeed and import. Meaning the albums are imported from the US and will rank on the BB200 charts. This is also why we see a potential 35 day delivery time to Korea.

    In the image below we see this warning/notce(which is absent from all other versions) disclaiming this ia a product of Korea/USA. Very suspicious Stays aren't mentioning this.

    Remember this was brought up by KOREAN's who know a hell of a lot more about imports/exports of Korean albums than Stays and this activity looks almost exactly like the tactics used by SM for SuperM. Korean's buying albums from the US and the company registering them as US based sales. Terrible from JYP Entertainment.


    Feel free to disagree, but be sure to explain why the info and evidence above ins't valid. This is from Yes24 directly. Sales are only being rejected by ifans NOT Koreans.



    Please mods approve this as this is based on what I have show to be fact based information, I would post on surface forum but don't want to be hounded by fans. I feel like here in Anons we can look at this relevant info and discuss it properly without fear of fan repercussion.

    1. Why is Stray Kids challenging a Billboard 200 #1 debut If they've never charted.

    This is the first time Stray Kids has been receiveing a good and proper US distribution. Previously, their albums distributed for US fans used to be delayed for shipping weeks or even months after the release. What means, when their fans bought from these specific minor stories, It used to hurt their hanteo' achievements, so their fans avoid and bought through Korean stories.

    They’re not. Even if somebody bought the album, they’d be refunded and their order would be cancelled if it isn’t delivered to the US.

    So they chose USA-based album factory? Kinda slick but it is what it is and why it will be count for USA BB.

    If billboard itself did not say this is not illegal then nothing is really wrong with it. This is just being dumb.

    Yes this version is shipped from the USA to Korea and the sale listing is claining those sales will be reflected on the billboard chart.

    it is sus that us albums are distributed in a week but korean albums will take 5 weeks. If it is us exclusive photocards why distribute those albums outside us? I agree with op. This is chart manipulation.

    Exactly and Stays have moved the goal post now from the original excuse of 'this is only sold to US fans' ! When that was proven to be a lie they now stopped denying it and instead say 'it has a small sales index so it doesn't matter'! Basically admitting jyp is doing chart manipulation but it doesn't matter since it's only a few thousand copies O.o?

    Like if a company does chart manipulation even once, no matter how severe, it kills the credibility and integrity of that company and calls into question where does it stop?

    No one is agreeing JYP is doing charting manipulation. There's any prove It's happening, It's just a theory in people's head.

    Except there is proof and it's in the OP. If it doesn't count for BB why does it say so in the sales info? It says it right there in black and white on their official album on Yes24 that it will reflect on Billboard 200.


    Remember Stays weren't denying it yesterday, ya'll were adamant it does count for BB200 but only for US purchasers. Now ya'll want to flip the narrative since it's been proven this version only delivers to Korea. Suddenly it doesn't count? What changed? What does it mean in the sales info where it says "Reflected on Billboard tally"?

    Surely you have an answer right?


    Also Billboard aren't allowing SK to break the rules, JYP Entertainment are using a loop hole to falsify cheating the cart and it's all right there in plain Korean/English.


    Please do explain what this version is? Go on. So it doesn't reflect on BB200? Okay, why does it say it does? It delivers to US Stays? Okay how come when you try to buy it from outside of Korea it wont deliver? Why's it take 4-5 weeks to deliver? Why is this the only version produced in the USA?


    Why are Stay so vehement everyone is wrong but yet are unable to explain any of this? You must know?
