Do you think you eat healthier

Hi yes I started taking healthy eating and I'm very happy that I tried it and it's healthy and not expensive. I've already signed up for

I eat less healthy than they did when they were in their youth but more healthy than them now. Nowadays my parents think fried chicken every week and croissants more than once a week are OK for one's health. At least they eat their fruits and vegetables.

i'd say healthier than them. for various reasons

we have the same habits, I try to eat less junk food but I love sweet stuff and they are not healthy at all
