Why do older 4th gen groups still feel like rookies?

Tbh I think it's because of no other fact than some of you are stuck in the past

it must be the noise music because boy groups were able to have real hit songs from 1st gen all the way through 2017-2018. but like as soon as that chaotic noisy sound became the norm, people stopped caring. can't say I blame them.

Because there are more fans???? But 4th gen groups are nowhere to have the same success like 2nd and 3rd gen top groups. It was last year with ggs when things started to kick off

By their 3rd year, BTS was the most popular kpop group in the U.S., compare that to any boy group who debuted from 2018-2019.

the difference is obvious. 3rd gen groups blew up soon into their careers in a way 4th gen cannot seem to replicate.

They aren't as successful as their stans make them out to be. They hardly have popular songs.

oh I see some still think we are on 3 gen because of BTS? BTS is more like a league of their own and they will keep going as first group even now when it is clear that the 4 gen started
