It's finally time to host events in the new system.

Luminous happens to be the first group to have been petitioned for, so it goes first.

The categories remain the same. The only difference is that petitioners have more chances to submit than other users. Petitioners can submit 5 badges per category while the rest can submit only 1 badge per category.
