I’m really jealous of younger idols than me

particularly Wonyoung lol it feels like she has everything I’ve always wanted

she’s beautiful and has always been, tall and extremely successful since a young age… she’s even the ambassador of a luxury brand meanwhile i’m a little older and i’m struggling to do my assignments :,)

i watched a vid about her current lifestyle and she earns 250 000 USD per IG post… that’s more than i’ll ever make

i know it requires work to be an idol and a thick skin and i know she or any young idol isn’t sitting there twirling their fingers but i just can’t help but wish that were me

seeing younger ppl do better than you ever will is kind of… not motivating

there hasn't been any idols younger than me yet (thank goodness), but idols a little older than me lowkey make me feel like a failure.

this was me a few years ago 😭 time passes so fast i remember being shocked at the first idols around my birth year

Don't wish for it, work for it. Success doesn't come easily.

You can still be successful in life, it doesn't have to be when you're 16/17.

yup that's life... some people are lucky to be born with money or looks or talent or in rare, rare cases, all 3 at the same time. it sucks but try to remember that many more people are in your shoes and feel similarly, yet we find joy in our unextraordinary lives.

you are still young and finding your place in the world, trust me you will become more comfortable with yourself and your life in time
