Armys have changed

    Yeah they are even worse now, like all fandoms

    Those that constantly take about hybe have made the fandom very negative. They talk about Hybe all the time even in topics that doesn’t concern them. They complain about every career move that BTS makes to the point of wondering if they are even a fan. They bring in negativity everywhere, and try to make other stans guilty for enjoying certain content

    The army guild is literally filled with the same people having civil wars. And it's like getting personal these days with anything someone says that they argued with previously being a cause to be shady.

    mantis, shippers, and company stans can all go to hell together. Especially the mantis and their savior-complex.

    As someone who is always on the sideline watching, i get what you are saying. There's really a lot of fighting recently.

    I feel like even here on akp many have developed a cult like mentality. You can't say anything anymore. You're immediately accused of being fake OT7, an anti or solo stan or even a shipper. I try not to interact with the fandom at all anymore.

    We used to have amazing discussions back on the old forums but nowadays it's just nasty. I still stan BTS but I don't interact with other fans anymore.

    I think part of it is just bts not having any comebacks recently. Once we get some new music watch how all armys will suddenly love each other and unite for streaming and voting.

    Like you can’t say what you think if it’s not 100 % oh my gosh they are fantastic

    armys are a real cult now like kpop stans used to say we were.

    Every opinion that is not positive or supportive of hybe or even expressing dislike of their english songs etc is rejected and you are bullied and called an anti.

    That's why i do not call myself an army anymore . I love bts, but I hate their fandom who is run like a hybe stanning diktatorship.
