Why has Taekook never been in a subunit?

    you'd think this would've already happened since it would print money, but for some reason BigHit never puts them together. why?

    Also, it could be because Hybe has different plans for them, perhaps they want JK to go solo, etc. Nice take though, love this forum, whenever I want to laugh, all I need is to read what's posted here. lol

    Just like hobi and namjoon who have never been in a subunit apart from rapline(just like taekook in vl). Or hobi and Suga. Or namjoon and jimin. Or hobi and jimin. Or I could go on and on but that won't stop your delusional theories :suure:

    Fake news, they sound great together. Jungkook has the most versatile voice in the group and he doesn’t sound awkward singing with literally any of the members. You’re making excuses. Just admit HYBE refuses to give them a song together for other reasons.

    I admittedly don't stan bts so don't follow them closely but I remember watching some of their non music content out of boredom and these two always seemed rather forced. Like they don't get along as well as the rest. You get that in every group. Hence why I thought they might not be interested in subunit activities.

    I don't mean this in a malicious way btw. I could be totally wrong. There's obviously no way for us to know these things.

    they will do well on charts, that's no doubt. both they both have extremely different music directions. idk how it will work musically

    that video proves nothing. jikook and taejin duos vocalize better.


    and yes jk should go solo. taekook have very different music directions. it would feel forced to put them together. i mean jk has so much of solo potential (even taehyung), and he could sell much on his own. so why waste money on one thing, when you can get double the profit from both members individually?

    Really? I think they’re one of the pairs in the group who get along best. It’s HYBE who makes things awkward by separating them.

    Ah, I see. The awkwardnes makes sense then. Hybe do indeed seem very focused on promoting BTS as a group rather than as individual artists and this particular subunit could very well end up overshadowing the others to an extent. Which the group itself might not want to happen either. With solo activities come solo stans afterall.

When i see the members talking about subunits, i've seen some voicing out which member they prefer but i've never seen Taehyung or JK say they want to work together. Their tastes in music are different too so it explains.

    They worked together on a song. V mentioned it recently it's a Christmas track.
