If I like more than 10 of their songs (numbers can vary depending on the group's discography) and spend a lot of time online looking for info, pics or videos from them, then it is time to call myself a stan. I don't stan for less that that and it usually can start over anything: vocals, music, performances, visuals, variety. it just needs to stick long enough andin more ways than one to go from curious to stan for me.

Number of members: more than 8 I'm lazy to try to get to know them. I should work on that, maybe I'm letting many good group pass because of that.
Liking all members of the group. That's a must.
That's why I Stan only 3 groups, but one of them disrupted that order, because I got to know their content prior their music.

is stray kids the one with the idol named Han in it or something? don't follow BG but saw some music reaction from this dude reacting to my group and some others, he seems like he's really enjoying music
Han is a Stray Kids member, yes (and he's very talented and likeable)
You mean at award shows, right? He's very expressive there about his enjoyment

To be fair to the groups, i usually start actively hating on them because of their fanbase but as i learn more about the group I start to like them and become a fan

1. Topnotch discography. I can't stan if I don't even stand listening to their music.
2. Visuals. They don't necessarily have to be handsome / pretty but their aesthetics should attract me.
3. Performance. I love a group that gives their everything to their stage performance. I don't like it when they perform just for the sake of finishing a performance.
