iirc, and I read the books many times but the last time at least 10 years ago, Harry always considered himself to be average and in the first books when he was underweight/not treated properly by the Dursleys he was described as somewhat average looking but with startling green eyes, but he grew to be fairly tall and played sports in school and probably bulked up and by the fact he was actively pursued by girls as he hit puberty I'd say he grew up to be handsomeish?
