  • maybe just maybe they lipsynced the adlibs and sang the main lines i think

  • Sorry but the studio scene proves Aespa sing well so easily with in ear so I think this is live I'm going to rewatch some of their performances to think people have been dragging them all this time when they've been singing live? it's not their fault they sound great  kpop stans can be so sadistic and nasty

  • This is clearly lipsynced

  • Fans need to learn the difference between studio vocals and live vocals

  • can u give me the timestamp of winter when she chokes?sorry if that comes out wrong skskkssk.

  • It's the same thing they do all the time. It's obviously lip synced. It's especially very telling when they reach the beat drop part with the high notes.

In case you didn't know, what kpop groups do these days is record live sounding vocals with minimal editing for the song. Then later on during a performance they lip sync to this "live" version so it sounds like they're live. It tricks people into thinking they're singing everything live as opposed to lip syncing to a studio version.

For proof and as an example listen to every performance of next level without watching it and you'll notice that the recording they use is exactly the same in every show without fail. There is absolutely no difference anywhere which is not possible for a truly live show. There's bound to be differences in equipment used, the state of the singer and the tone and pitch of some parts across different performances and broadcasting studios. It's just not possible for truly live shows to be 100% similar.

Barely anyone in kpop lip syncs to a studio version of a song these days unless it's a clear dance performance. So when people say a group is lip syncing they refer to a group lip syncing to a live version of their song.

  • I find it fascinating that people can't tell apart live singing from lip syncing to either studio version or prerecorded track. Kpop companies did well, they successfully brainwashed their fans.

    This was ofc lip syncing

  • I don't blame them.

Stuff like this is simply the result of the constant hate idol singers have been receiving. The countless YouTube videos meticulously documenting every tiny crack or wobble or sign of being out of breath that is then presented as some sort of proof that the idol can't sing and/or has "ruined their voice" with bad technique™.

And since many folks apparently can't tell the difference between auto tuned studio recordings and a live performance anyway, it probably really isn't worth the trouble.
