It's linzer augen (wannabe, since I didn't have the right cookie cutter, because it's at my parents home), that I make every year for Christmas.
And the other ones are just butter cookies with pistachio cream, do they count as sablés? We don't use that expression ![]()
I think sablés are just butter cookies in French so it's all good ![]()
