Take a break from internet mostly twt stans, block anything related to toxic war. Just watch their contents, MV or live with supportive words.
Then spend most of my time in my real life, realizing there are a lot of things in my life that need more attention than just worrying over idols who didn't even know my existence.
I got my parents worked their ass day and night just for my future, and me being frustating over kpop idols who probably shopping gucci at the moment when I tried to defend them from antis, made me realise it's not my top priority. No offense. But that would be problematic if we can feel more sad and frustating over kpop but not feeling the same amount level of sadness or even bothered when people around us clearly struggle.

It's supposed to be an insult when people say go touch some grass but it's not a bad idea all round. If it's affecting you this much go offline for one or two days. Obviously you'll give in sometimes and come back to check what's happening but the key is to keep busy in between. Go outside, talk to your friends and family who have nothing to do with Kpop. Talk about problems other people have in life currently. Then try to explain what's happening to Jisoo and suddenly the problem will seem so flimsy when talking to an outsider about it.
The whole Tae and Jennie situation really stressed me out. I told some people about what happened, how both people were getting hate for small things. But as I was telling the story, I felt like it wasn't that deep and I was ashamed as I was retelling them that such a small issue is what was stressing me out. They even laughed at how ridiculous everything was and seeing them make it such a non-issue made me see it as more of the non-issue it was. It made me remember that there was a real life outside of Kpop and non of this stuff really matters out there.

They may be shopping gucci but that doesn't mean they aren't affected by all the hate they got.
Ikr i even saw some vids where she cried
She even got slut shamed when she didn't do anything at all like when V followed her

I didn't say they don't get affected. They did, but what I wanna try to focus is.. our concern priority.
Concerned about people around us first, rather than frustating ourself about people who didn't even know our existence.
It's just feels odd when some people have more concern to the idols, but they less sympathy or even neglect when it comes to people around them.

I think you need to remember that they are supported and protected in real life. While stans are fighting they are recording, working out, shopping, they're with their families or friends or their partner, cooking and whatever else. They're not obsessing on twitter like their stans. They're out living. Do the same thing. When you feel the need to start policing the internet for your fave it's time to take a break for real.
