Isn't it that Korean forum site? From what I see it is the Korean version of the akp news site

Some are toxic but sometimes people say things that people can’t say on twitter anymore due to fans reacting itchy towards criticism (not including people like some trolls on here who are obviously trying to stir fanwars and hate some kpop groups)
