Ageism is really a big thing for girl groups

i have noticed age really play a huge factor for a gg popularity, gp is really ageist and fickle see how twice used to be adored on SK around their debut and Cheer UP/TT era now they lost a lot of their male fans and gp attention especially after promoting a less young image and being less young themselves, now them don't want to touch them with a 10 feet pole, i feel like this is less bigger for bgs but i think this is a society thing as middle aged men can still be considered ''hot'' depending on how in shape they are, heck a lot of women actually prefer mature men more than recently adult ones, meanwhile women are viewed as ''hags'' in their mid 30s.
