It wasn't surprising to me that Rand was the dragon reborn but it made sense why Moiraine thought that it was Egwene. I haven't read any of the books as you know, but I wonder how the rest of the series is going to unfold!!

It reminds me a lot of a high fantasy version of Game of Thrones.

I do want to learn more about Perrin and Nynaeve's powers and what they meant by all 5 are important to the Wheel and not just Rand...

All I heard was that Season 2 was confirmed. But not any timeline on it.
