I Need Help, It's About YouTube Subs & Signing out

I have a question it's about my youtube subs. So on my channel i subbed to 331 channels but on my library it says 338 subs. How do i fix that? and also how do i sign out usually when i finish streaming my favs music i wanna add my view to the video but i can't. Here some pictures:
