The following people are promoting outdoor brands in Korea.

Shin Mina - North Face (American)

Lee Jieun - Black Yak (Korean)

Bae Suzy - K2 (Korean)

aespa - Eider (French)

Jun JIhyun, Shin Mina and Bae Suzy are established actresses.

KPop's Senior Singer also doubles as an actress.

So, at least in the industry they are seeing aespa in the same league as Jun Jihyun, Shin Mina, Bae Suzy and KPop's Senior Singer.

However AIs don’t have fans or appeal. BUT SM made Naevis. An AI that is associated with idol group and is popular. Besides Naevis is already getting popular and viral for few seconds appearance.

That is a big threat for senior singer because she can live forever and never age (but I gotta be honest and mention that senior singer never age either).

If anything the Senior Singer will create her own avatar since she has already created two sub-characters (LeeJigeum, Lee Jidong).

That aside, I think the Naevis idea is still experimental. Since people still prefer the real idols over their avatars.
