The reason why SEUNGRI , past 'Big Bang' who had finished ; 2021.10.01

his Service last month, is not being discharged from the S.K Military

Which , I got out of it (Article) , that SEUNGRI is *likely* to be sent to the *REAL* S.K MILITARY PRISON in the fairly near future ... Because , SEUNGRI is NOW regarded as GUILTY ... Until some APPEALS COURT might rule differently in future (S.K SUPREME COURT finally , on SEUNGRI APPEAL) or not ???

The situation NOW for SEUNGRI , is that he is regarded as

*3 Years Prison* GUILTY by the S.K MILITARY COURT.

And so also , the additional chatter from the S.K MILITARY ...

is that fairly *soon* , SEUNGRI will be *transferred* from

his 'Holding Jail' (better) situation (when the TRIAL was taking place) ...

To the *REAL* S.K MILITARY PRISON for CONVICTED CRIMINALS.

And SEUNGRI will *apparently* do what other CONVICTED CRIMINALS

do it ... While being held in the *REAL* S.K MILITARY PRISON.

During the duration of his S.K MILITARY COURT *APPEALS* process.

And NO IDEA here when that *APPEALS COURT* event (S.K MILITARY)

might take place (date on it).

Meaning , SEUNGRI *likely* remains in S.K MILITARY PRISON

during his *likely* S.K SUPREME COURT APPEAL process (to follow ???).

Which might take place say ONE YEAR from now (S.K SUPREME COURT event).

Is my GUESS on it at this point , based on what K-News Sources seem

to be saying it of the SEUNGRI situation now.

One might argue that SEUNGRI --> (1) Should NOT have been found GUILTY of anything ; (2) IF GUILTY , should have gotten NO PRISON TIME and PROBATION instead ... SEUNGRI's *Business Partner* (YURI HOLDINGS firm) , YOO IN SUK , who did his COURT TRIAL on the *CIVILIAN* side of the S.K COURT System (NOT S.K MILITARY COURT as SEUNGRI did it) , got 3 YEARS *PROBATION* and NO PRISON TIME ... And YOO IN SUK (and wife , PARK HAN BYUL , parents of a *young* aged child) did write Letters of APOLOGY to the CIVILIAN COURT JUDGE ... And PLED GUILTY without dispute to *all* significant criminal charges ... Whereas , SEUNGRI has NOT PLED GUILTY to anything very significant , has offered NO APOLOGY , and (it would seem as) CHOSE to have HIS TRIAL in S.K MILITARY COURT ... Those would be the *significant* differences (my view) ... But , here , me , NOT quite clear , how it is (the logic) , that for the SAME CRIMES , that SEUNGRI and YOO IN SUK get *very different* levels of punishment (so far).

As added information , the S.K *LAW* has now been *changed* such that NO FUTURE COURT TRIAL situation like SEUNGRI had it (about his possible CIVILIAN CRIMINAL LIFE BEHAVIOR) , will ever again take place in a S.K MILITARY COURT ... Which , at least the S.K COURT System figured out to do that (END the option that SEUNGRI used it) ... SEUNGRI's TRIAL should *never* have taken place in S.K MILITARY COURT in the first place ... There is NO LOGIC to it ... It was some 'left over' rule (OLD LAW) situation that S.KOREA had it ... And I am NOT surprised that the S.K MILITARY does *not* like SEUNGRI either ... That much , I *definitely* AGREE with SEUNGRI's LAWYER about that aspect ... The S.K MILITARY COURT has a definite reason to NOT LIKE SEUNGRI , for *good reason* , from their S.K MILITARY viewpoint.

Anyway , again , my GUESS , is that SEUNGRI is going to have to COURT APPEAL AGAIN at the S.K SUPREME COURT LEVEL ... And I am NOT even certain that the S.K SUPREME COURT is even *required* to HEAR (consider) an APPEAL from SEUNGRI ... My guess , would be it is OPTIONAL for the SUPREME COURT to choose to consider an APPEAL PLEA from SEUNGRI ... Also , consider how 'quickly' that say a S.K SUPREME COURT APPEAL event *finally* might take place ... I can see someone who assigns priority to cases at the S.K SUPREME COURT level , thinking as SEUNGRI is *not* a priority to have his APPEAL happen (be active and S.K SUPREME COURT heard) any time soon ... WHY do they (S.K SUPREME COURT) care what happens with SEUNGRI ??? ... *Maybe* the S.K SUPREME COURT is thinking of SEUNGRI as --> 'SEUNGRI *should* have done his CRIMINAL CASE on the *CIVILIAN SIDE* of our S.K LEGAL System (YOO IN SUK , YURI HOLDINGS firm , did that) ... But , SEUNGRI somehow ended up as NOT doing that (CIVILIAN side CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL) ... And so , NOW , SEUNGRI can 'age gracefully' in S.K MILITARY PRISON ... Until we , the S.K SUPREME COURT , are able to free up some of our *valuable time* to consider the tragic plight of SEUNGRI.'

As a *guess* , here , me , I am thinking that SEUNGRI is likely to spend at least ONE YEAR in the *REAL* S.K MILITARY PRISON , while his COURT APPEAL OPTIONS are *slowing* 'grinding through' the S.K COURT System ... I would be relatively AMAZED if that SEUNGRI could create a situation where he is living as a WEALTHY CIVILIAN (released from S.K MILITARY PRISON somehow) ... And living WELL as his APPEALS PROCESS grinds along SLOWLY ... At this point , with a *3 YEARS PRISON* sentence GUILTY finding by the COURT , SEUNGRI is clearly a FLIGHT RISK to try and LEAVE S.KOREA , if released from S.K MILITARY PRISON (my view).
