His role in Mouse in another level… such a complex character and well portrayed by him… the whole show is a masterpiece.

Mouse aired in March 2021. It was eligible for nominations for Beaksang this year. Actor Lee Hee Joon was nominated for Best Supporting Actor, that means Mouse was taken into consideration but LSG didn’t make it as one of the nominees for Best Actor.

He played his role so well! Basically, he played two roles, so sad that he wasn't even nominated for this year, but no one could steal the award from Shin Hakyun, he was tooooo good. I see now that It's Okay to Not Be Okay had so many nominations, but mouse only one,,, guess it's also about what sells more, even tho in my opinion mouse was way better.
For the next year unless there will be something very good in the first half, maybe Ji Sung or Kim Seonho will take the award.

Wait… I thought it depends on the last airing day of a Drama. Mouse last episode aired after the Baeksang Award, so I thought it should be eligible for 2022? That’s unfortunate for Dramas released during the eligible period but ended after it was passed.

I mean his acting at the beginning of the show was a little over the top at first… but it looked very authentic during the end of the Drama… I mean if you watched it you know why. He had to overact his facial expressions and expression emotions, I guess since the show was still airing when the eligible period was over, they couldn’t witness his great acting at the end to nominate him

I think Mouse problem was the time of airing. The big twist in the Show happened after the eligible period to be nominated ended.
