I can't choose one.
1) Chinese baozi
2) Manti. But I prefer a different form than in the comment above. Сaspian sea region. They are bigger and contain more bouillon inside.
3) Georgian khinkali

A good dumpling sauce is the biggest factor for me though.
I like all of them!! But hakao is still the best. Is hakao considered dumpling though?😅
