She's looking at Yaning's side because it was her who said that "why did they evaluate them like that" iirc, at least that's how I remember it from the preview at the end of episode 2. I also have a feeling that it was not the actual performance, but the rehearsal - like Sakura's Avengers team got shat on during the rehearsal, but did well on the stage.

It's messy because it's cut like this like that. One earlier talk was done in the training room, but that second one I think was after performance because there is word evaluation.
But yeah they could cut it and mix scenes to create drama
So I watched the ending preview on iQiyi - and yeah, Yaning says about the evaluation, then Dayeon says about the teamwork. It seems that they were discussing what went wrong apparently - I think that was filmed after the stage rehearsal. I remember in PD48 they had stage rehearsals a few days before the actual performance, where judges gave them feedback - not in the training room, but on stage. At least that's the vibe I get, but maybe it's wrong and they flopped or it was a mix from completely different scenes.
I'm just used to that when Mnet is hinting that someone did bad, it turns out that they didn't, lol. It was the same with Yujin.
